Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the role, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Education: The candidate should have completed a full-time education in any of the following streams/branches from the year 2023 onwards:
- B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B.Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com, or M.FA.
- Part-time and distance education programs are not considered for eligibility.
- Ineligible Degrees: Candidates with the following degrees are not eligible to apply:
- BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MCA/MSC (CS and IT Branch)
- MBA/PGDBM holders
- Backlogs: No active backlogs are allowed during the application and/or onboarding process.
- Duration of Degree: The relevant degree for the job role must be completed within the stipulated duration without any gaps. For example, a BBA degree should be completed in 3 years, and an M.Sc degree should be completed in 2 years.
- Previous Accenture Applicants: Candidates who have participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months are not eligible to reapply.
- Work Experience: The candidate should not have more than 11 months of work experience.
- Work Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or possess relevant work permit documents. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa. Other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
- Flexibility: Since Accenture provides services to clients worldwide, flexibility to work across different time zones and shifts is expected.
- Business Unit/Service Line: The candidate should be willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within Accenture.
- Location: The candidate should be willing to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India.
