Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Contacting potential clients and establishing rapport through networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.
- Identifying clients’ needs and selling appropriate insurance products.
- Regularly reassessing the policy needs of existing clients.
- Achieving targets to contribute to the overall business growth.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of sales and other processes to maximize business potential.
- Interacting with customers, resolving queries, and ensuring timely renewal of insurance policies.
- Managing relationship management with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Final year undergraduate student (any discipline).
- Strong communication skills.
- Awareness of product-market.
- Execution skills.
Package: INR 2,50,000 + Incentives + Career Trajectory
Work Details: 6 Days/Week with Alternate Saturday Off
