Aditya Birla Group is hiring candidates for the post of Diploma Engineer Trainee.

Aditya Birla Group off Campus Job Responsibilities:
Prepare die blanks for heat treatment operation
Do stress releveling prior to hardening
Segregate work according to thickness and size of the die
Load effectively to achieve optimum utilization of the furnace
Ensure the stock of Liquid nitrogen, other gases required
Do Autonomous maintenance of the furnace
Enter the information to ERP
Check hardness of the dies and update in ERP before release
ensure Job thermocouple is placed in the correct position
Arrange tempering and retempering in baffle furnaces.

Aditya Birla Group off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma.

Preferred skill:
Analytical and problem solving skills
Organization and time management skills
Communication skills to interact and present findings to team members
Attention to detail and follow through skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel.
