Responsibilities:

• Lead capacity planning and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety performance standards in the area of responsibility.
• Identify production deficiencies and propose/implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility enhancements to support operational objectives.
• Collaborate with HR management to ensure proper organization, staffing, skill development, and direction.
• Guide, motivate, and develop junior team members to foster their growth and performance.

Qualifications:
