Job Responsibilities:
As an Adobe Campaign Implementer, your role will involve implementing Adobe Campaign within designated timeframes and budgets. You will utilize database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies to ensure successful development. This position is hands-on and requires technical expertise.
Collaboration is essential as you will work closely with other Adobe consultants specializing in Campaign and other Marketing Cloud solutions. Together, you will design innovative solutions aimed at enhancing customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition. This collaboration extends to both onshore and offshore teams in the U.S.
You will also play a crucial role in enabling customers and partners on Adobe Campaign best practices. Through a combination of side-by-side coaching and remote guidance, you will ensure successful adoption and implementation of the platform. Your goal is to create satisfied customers who are eager to share their success stories with the wider marketing community.
This role will require you to take ownership of delivering successful outcomes for small and medium-sized projects. By effectively managing these projects, you will contribute to Adobe’s reputation as a provider of exceptional solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this position, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Skills:
- You have the ability to effectively articulate and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior technical and business executives.
- You demonstrate proficiency in implementing enterprise software.
- Your skills include strong SQL development capabilities, including ETL implementations.
- You are experienced in scripting/programming, with a preference for JavaScript.
- Familiarity with XML is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites, which may range from 25% to 50% of the time, is required.
