Responsibilities:

Automate AV equipment configuration and auditing workflows, as well as other identified opportunities.
Maintain system documentation and prepare periodic reports.
Provide day-to-day support for MS Teams-related issues and other audiovisual (AV) issues globally.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot conferencing and voice equipment, ensuring fault and problem management for uninterrupted services.
Support, troubleshoot, and administer MS Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE.
Understand signaling protocols such as SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP, and XMPP.
Possess a good understanding of L2/L3/L4 networking protocols, including TCP/IP, TLS, RTP, SRTP, etc.
Familiarity with Internet Telephony, T-1, E-1, SIP, and POTS lines.
Knowledge of automation skills such as Robotic Process Automation (UIPath, etc.) and Python coding is a plus.
Exposure to Video Codecs for Cisco/Polycom/Crestron/Logitech/Dolby, AV systems, or H.264/H.265 is beneficial.
Experience with Audio DSPs (Bi-Amp or Polycom Sound Structure) is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Must possess a strong sense of humor.

Requirements:
