Job Responsibilities:

Drive product features from design inception to production, ensuring high quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Write UML designs and well-structured object-oriented code.
Work in a highly agile Scrum-based process model.
Design, architect, and develop applications for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Write and test interactive, clean, secure, and efficient solutions.
Solve complex coding and architecture problems with innovative and simple solutions.
Collaborate regularly with Product Management, Engineering Management, Architects, and Quality teams to deliver features.

Qualifications required:

BTech/MTech in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering from a prestigious institute (IITs, BITS Pilani, RECs).
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on work experience as a programmer/developer with a reputed software product company.

Preferred Skills:

Strong programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Git/Github or other version control systems.
Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for frontend and backend applications.
Proven track record in crafting and developing software solutions, with exposure to designing skills, OOPS, Design Patterns, and UML.
Solid understanding of databases, XML technologies, and relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
Ability to quickly adapt to new programming paradigms, languages, tools, and problem areas.
Familiarity with Windows/Mac/Unix operating systems and development tools on these platforms.
Outstanding organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-managed, responsive, self-motivated, upbeat, and fast learner.
