Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Needs to handle customer queries and complaints very tactfully, providing excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership for the customer.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Good customer service skills and should display good analytical ability.
  • Any graduate can apply.
  • Prior experience in the BPO voice process shall be preferred, and freshers can also apply.
  • Should be able to create a work-from-home environment at home.
