- Interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing, sales, or service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
- Address customer needs such as product/service order fulfillment, end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing, contract administration, or lease administration.
- Handle tasks like booking orders, upselling or cross-selling products, and processing quotes.
- In a factory environment, oversee order fulfillment activities including inventory monitoring and coordinating product deliveries.
- Resolve issues by applying established policies, procedures, and strategies.
- May involve reading/writing in one or more languages.
Eligibility Criteria for Agilent Technologies Careers:
