Job Responsibilities:
Join Agilent Technologies and take on a crucial role as a customer-facing representative . You will engage with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and sales or service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales service functions. This includes responding to customer inquiries, managing order fulfillment processes, addressing customer service requests, handling repair and calibration requests, managing accounts receivable collections, processing invoices, and managing contracts or leases. In a factory environment, you may also be responsible for monitoring inventories and coordinating product deliveries. You will resolve problems using established policies, procedures, and tactics, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you may be involved in booking orders, upselling or cross-selling products, and processing quotes. Proficiency in reading and writing in multiple languages may be required () .

Agilent Technologies Careers Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you may require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred at this entry level.
