Air Canada is hiring campaigners for the post of client Experience director.

Air Canada off Campus Job Responsibilities
Supervision of Station Handling Agents concerning over and below the sect conditioning on a diurnal base similar as Passenger Services( Check- in, Ticket office, Concierge Service, personality Service, Lounge Service, Gate Handling, Safety and Security Checks), Baggage Services, cargo Control, Commissary & Catering, Aircraft Cleaning, Energy Services, conservation Services
Responsible for diurnal safety of Operations at the station
insure Safety, Security and Service norms are observed, covered and rehearsed constantly by conducting on- going tone- checkups. Where tone- inspection or nonsupervisory inspection conditioning have revealed vulnerabilities, insure identification of root cause and perpetration of corrective measures to address them, as well as means to corroborate effectiveness
Report daily( using Daily Synopsis and other means) on any issues, scarcities or failures in Operating procedures, that bear correction or communication to other members of the operation platoon or other departments within the Company
insure a high quality and safe position of client Service especially in case of irregular Operations( detainments, cancellations, Denied Boarding Cases,etc.) clinging to any applicable country Law( s), Canadian Law and internal programs and procedures
Coordinate ad- hoc daily conditioning with original Station
Handling Agent when demanded( especially during IRROPS)
Maintain accurate exigency Response primers and share in Emergency Procedure Training.


Air Canada off Campus Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in a applicable field with at least 2 times of experience in a directorial part and experience in the airline assiduity.


Preferred skill
Strong understanding of field operations and passenger movements
Excellent verbal and spoken communication chops with the capability to discourse with all situations of an association as well as high- ranked external numbers, with care and class
suitable to respond, influence and proactively produce mutually respectable results, always with Air Canada best interests in mind
Must have capability to work shift, weekend and statutory leaves and work beyond restored hours due to irregular flight operations
Strong commitment to cooperation & commitment to hand engagement
Excellent Interpersonal chops
retain an energetic and tenacious station
Fluent in English, oral and written; other languages an asset
Demonstrate passion for trip
Advance knowledge of Word, Excel
Advance knowledge of Departure Control System( DCS); knowledge of ALTEA system, an asset
Must have the right to work in India unrestricted.
