Job Responsibilities For Airtel Off Campus 2023:
As a software developer at Airtel, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. You will identify areas for growth and improvement within the team and actively participate in designing, developing, and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards. Peer-reviews of solution designs and related code will be part of your regular tasks.
Adhering to high-quality development principles, you will deliver solutions on-time and on-budget, while also providing third-level support to business users. Researching and evaluating various software products will be essential to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
If you are at E4 level and above, you will guide the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery and provide technical leadership to your teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or comparable experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of No-SQL Database technologies, Caching data stores, Queuing systems, and Search technologies.
- Experience with version control tools like SVN or Git.
- Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with design patterns and architecture solutions for large-scale applications.
- Hands-on experience in building highly-available and scalable systems.
