Job Description: Technical Support Associate – VTS – India

The Technical Support Associate position in Virtual Technical Support (VTS) is a work-from-home model in India that focuses on assisting customers with devices and digital content. VTS associates are required to work from a location approved by Amazon, ensuring reliable internet connectivity and a conducive work environment. The role involves handling customer queries, providing technical assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills to interact with internal and external customers
