Job Description Amazon Hiring For Freshers:
The Compliance Operations (C-Ops) team is responsible for ensuring that Amazon transactions meet legal and safety requirements across global marketplaces, following established guidelines. The team proactively identifies risks associated with conducting business in different countries and facilitates the smooth movement of products across international borders. As a Senior Compliance Associate, your main responsibility is to safeguard Amazon customers from illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited/regulated products according to the law and Amazon policies. You may also be involved in defining, applying, and defending regulatory policies and contractual requirements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and an advantage of being proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.
- Decision-making abilities based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in internet navigation and researching to find specific information about products efficiently.
Key Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Compliance Associate, your job responsibilities may include:
- Reporting violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative and corrective procedures.
- Classifying products based on standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Following SOP and instructions provided by managers.
- Providing ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Responding to stakeholders with guidance and promptly flagging any updates to Lead/Manager.
Qualifiers for the Role:
- Any graduate and above (except Diploma).
- Work from the office opportunity (No WFH or Hybrid model).
- 0-4 years of experience (freshers are also welcome).
- Immediate Joiners.
- Good communication skills with analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
