- Observe several Seller Flex locations in terms of operations and compliance.
- Working together with internal and external stakeholders can help you satisfy operational metrics and ensure timely launches.
- Take responsibility for identifying patterns and operational disturbances and show a passion for the consumer.
- Analyse in-depth, pay attention to the smallest details, and foresee the effects of the facts.
- Maintain the flexibility to frequently work weekends and/or overnight hours and travel to seller nodes for the launch, configuration, and oversight of Flex operations.
Needs qualification:
- any graduate from a different field.
Preferable abilities:
- strong application expertise for Microsoft Office.
- ability to travel three to four days a week.
- outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- exposure to operational dashboards, tools, and ERP systems.
- Experience in relevant sectors, such as FMCG, warehousing, or internet retail.
