Job Description
Meets business criteria and pretensions, i.e., SLA, product, and quality targets
workshop with minimum direction
Maintains records of day- to- day work by streamlining trackers or workflow tools as necessary
Follows bribe/ guidelines or director’s instructions and ensures affair is quality biddable
Contributes to project enhancement and functional excellence ideas, as applicable
Responsible for giving timely responses to stakeholders on affiliated tasks with guidance, i.e., as per bribe and defined SLA
Proactively raises issues admonitions that may have an impact on core deliverables or operations to director or stakeholders
Analyzes data and estimate trends patterns and recommend general pattern to be restated into rules
amenability to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, alcohol, tobacco, munitions and other potentially obnoxious products
Troubleshooting issues related to process and conduct root cause analysis if needed
Familiarity with online retail(e-commerce)
Eligibility
Graduate or original
Excellent English language proficiency verbal, jotting, reading and appreciation
Strong logical and communication chops
Passion for delivering a positive client experience, and maintain countenance in delicate situations
Capability to effectively and efficiently complete grueling pretensions or assignments within defined SLA
Shifts The job involves working in a24/7 terrain including night shifts and the shifts are decided grounded on the business demand.
