Job Description:
The Human Labeled Data (HLD) organization at Amazon focuses on providing high-quality data annotation to support AI models. The team’s objective is to deliver scalable and secure labeling solutions for search, enhancing the search experience for customers. They collaborate closely with machine learning teams to improve semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality. Currently, they are seeking motivated candidates to audit and review judgments for various workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent English language proficiency: Proficient in verbal, written, reading, and comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete challenging goals or assignments within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Shifts: The job entails working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, as per business requirements. Flexibility to work on rotational week offs is expected.
Mandatory Requirements for work from home:
- Home environment free from background noise, enabling a conducive work environment.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps and at least 100 GB data from a trustworthy provider.
- Access to a mobile phone at all times from a reliable provider.
- Power backup in case of power shutdowns.
- Residence in one of the following states or willingness to relocate before the joining date: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal.
