Job Responsibilities:
As an International Voice Process Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues.
Communicating with customers primarily through mail, chat, and phone.
Utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction while handling multiple tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
Minimum experience of 6 months in any field.
Preferred skills:
In addition, the following skills are preferred:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong typing skills.
Ability to effectively use a desktop computer system.
Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to stay focused on resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Effective problem-solving skills, including decision-making, time management, and prioritization of tasks.
