Job Responsibilities For AMD Hiring For 2023:
As a member of AMD, your role will involve language implementation and optimization in the open source LLVM compiler framework. You will collaborate with team members from the compiler team located in different geographic locations. Additionally, you will represent AMD in open source communities, contributing to the development and advancement of compiler technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in EC/CS/EE/Math or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Strong background in compilers, with expertise in C/C++ programming. Experience with various aspects of compiler and parallel programming is highly desirable. Familiarity with Clang/LLVM is preferred. Knowledge of parallel programming models, languages, and runtime systems is a plus. A good understanding of GPU execution model and architecture is beneficial. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required: C++, CUDA, OpenCL, OpenMP. Experience working with a programming language committee is preferred.
