Job Description
Amdocs is hiring campaigners for the post of Data Scientist.
Job Liabilities
You’ll perform ticket analysis, service interruption analysis, triaging of issues, and follow- up with applicable brigades for resolution.
You’ll insure that all needed ticket information is available for farther analysis( for illustration, screenshot of error and client ID) and run styles and procedures to give resolution to known recreating issues.
You’ll insure timely resolution or escalation within the agreed SLA. This includes creating a positive client support experience and structure strong connections through understanding the problem, communicating instantly on progress, and handling guests with a professional station.
You’ll modernize rosters for quality assurance and progress shadowing, following standard operating procedures.
You’ll apply your chops to effectively use the being knowledge base and attestation for quick- palm and first- position resolution.
You’ll perform line operation for assigning tickets to other brigades, and follow up for timely resolution while keeping track of SLAs.

Eligibility Criteria
2021 Batch BSc, BCS, BCA & MSc( CIS & IT streams only)
throughout academics, with no gaps or breaks/ time down
Excellent communication chops

Understanding of distant unshaped and structured data in a distributed terrain.
