Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Engage with product owners to understand business priorities and client needs, delivering field-enabled and scalable products in a consultative manner.
- Develop new insights solutions through iterative prototyping, utilizing data and insights generation expertise with tools like MS Power Platform, HIVE, Python, SQL, and VBA.
- Drive improvement to existing insights tools by understanding how clients use them and providing design and insights recommendations to the Insights Product Management team.
- Enable data-driven actionable insights for field and clients to facilitate growth and retention.
- Conduct prototyping of insights products and services based on client needs.
- Create alternate revenue streams by monetizing insights products.
- Conceptualize and develop client-facing insights solutions.
- Strengthen solution algorithms to make them industry-leading insights products through internal and external research.
- Prioritize enterprise goals, connecting the role’s agenda to enterprise priorities, and balancing customer requirements, partners, colleagues, and shareholders.
- Lead with an external perspective, challenging the status quo, and bringing continuous innovation to existing offerings.
- Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly, and act with the highest level of integrity.
- Drive process excellence framework in the team to achieve process automation and improve individual and group productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research.
- Data Analytics or other data handling experience (Hands-on experience: SQL/SAS/Hive/Python/MS Power Platform).
- Hands-on development in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps), Power Automate, etc.
- Deep understanding of machine learning/statistical algorithms such as deep learning and forecasting. Experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Ability to transform KPIs into insightful practical information.
- Experience in large data processing and handling, and a deep understanding of data science is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex algorithms and results to business partners in simple terms.
- Exceptional execution skills – able to resolve issues, find opportunities, define success metrics, and get results.
- Eager to find solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking. Project Management experience is preferred.
