Job Responsibilities:
- Driving key financial reporting and preparation on ICS Strategy projects and planning processes.
- Undertaking adhoc analytics projects for ICS COE LFO.
- Organizing and maintaining the ICS Finance VPs’ calendar, considering American Express senior leaders and diverse time zones; proactively reviewing the calendar for potential conflicts and making necessary adjustments.
- Arranging internal and external meetings, including team events, by sending invitations, identifying delegates, booking rooms, setting up equipment, and coordinating catering.
- Assisting VPs in capturing meeting minutes, if required.
- Managing departmental distribution lists and location summaries.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel, and transfers.
- Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices.
- Planning events such as Town Halls, senior leader visits, and workshops.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
Preferred skill:
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- Coding and analytics in Cornerstone (preferred).
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Reliable and dependable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in business writing and interpersonal communication.
