Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Optimization of Customer Investments for ICS business through robust economic evaluations.
- Align and manage the calculation of profitability metric (iCMV) for ICS customer treatments such as Upgrade, Supps, and Companion in line with the finance framework.
- Partner with Marketing & Finance to scale the Investment Optimization framework to new treatments & revenue sources for the ICS Business.
- Exhibit a high level of expertise in guiding the data strategy through statistical analysis, decision support logic, and data techniques. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a very challenging role.
- Drive improvements in generating data-driven actionable strategies to enable business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Past Experience: 0-3 years with relevant experience in the Analytics/ Modelling/ Decision Science domain.
- Academic Background: Advanced degree in statistics/business/economics/decision science-related field.
- Ability to be proactive, think quickly, and make critical decisions regarding high visibility deliverables with tight timelines; often requiring the ability to make complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure.
- High-quality written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions.
- Technical Skills/Capabilities: Competency in data mining and customer segmentation techniques through SQL, Hive, Python, etc.
