Job Description:
American Express Off Campus 2023 is hiring candidates for the post of Operations Support.
Job Responsibilities:
The phone monitoring job is charged with ensuring all potential risk related potential errors with these calls in the US market is minimized.
You will be required to capture errors and review remediation that is adequate to eliminate errors and potential risk gaps.
In addition, there is some reporting functions that are generated out of this team.
Communication with our partners is essential. Emails, Powerpoint, and effective verbal communication on individual and joint conference calls is part of the analyst’s responsibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate from any stream.
Preferred skill:
Strong knowledge of EXCEL is preferred in order to support the reporting function.
