3. Swiftly address client concerns with empathy.
4. Ensure adherence to company standards for clear and professional communication.

HR Executive:

1. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for ongoing and future open positions.
2. Source candidates through online job portals.
3. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
4. Organize and ensure the smooth conduction of interviews.
5. Oversee the entire process of interviewing and selection.
6. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
