Job Responsibilities:

- Complete formal training in engineering fundamentals essential to Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant to the business.
- Network globally and cross-functionally, lead program initiatives or projects with peers, and interact with global business leaders across functions.
- Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.
- Participate in international experiences and assignments.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of software and coding languages such as C# and Java.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
- Graduated from your Bachelor’s degree within the last 36 months.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
- Inquisitive and eager to acquire more knowledge.
- Geographically mobile (locations vary) and able to travel internationally.
- Legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying (India).
