Hybrid Working
Structured Hybrid Role:
Barclays offers a hybrid working experience that combines the benefits of collaborating with colleagues at our onsite locations and working remotely from home. Our approach is well-organized, with team members designated to work onsite on specific, fixed “anchor” days of the week, totaling a minimum of two days per week or more, as determined by the business area (or a proportional equivalent for part-time hours). Introduction:
Join our team to handle various transaction-based tasks involving the processing of instructions within agreed-upon timelines. This role combines analytical thinking and judgment with speed and precision to consistently deliver high-level customer service.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
- Executing transactions in compliance with approved processes and procedures, international regulations, and predefined service level agreements, focusing on both speed and accuracy.
- Adhering rigorously to quality control procedures, processes, and checks throughout all tasks.
- Resolving daily inquiries and escalating more complex queries to the management team as necessary.
- Reporting any issues or concerns promptly to seniors, team leaders, or managers with comprehensive information, with an emphasis on preventing or mitigating potential damage.
- Assisting the team manager in section administration, which includes organizing workflow, managing queues, and resolving queries.
- Potentially handling the retrieval and distribution of information, whether on paper or electronically.
- Taking responsibility for personal performance management by gathering relevant documentation, preparing for self-performance reviews, and coordinating them.
What We Are Seeking:
- 0-24 months of relevant work experience.
- Graduates/Post-Graduates in any discipline (Freshers are welcome, with a preference for graduate freshers).
- Experience in BPO/KPO environments.
- Flexibility in work hours and the ability to adapt to changing shift patterns.
