Responsibilities:
- Deliver key activities, analysis, reports, and processes related to HR Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Commercials.
- Collaborate with TCs (Team Coordinators) to provide insights supporting Leadership Teams in managing Cost and FTE commitments.
- Facilitate the delivery of Finance-mandated activities, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Offer subject matter expertise and partnership to key stakeholders in the HR Function.
- Drive precision in FTE and Commercials management, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical capability with attention to detail, ability to draw insights, and construct compelling narratives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting high-quality papers with clear updates.
- Resilient and adaptable to changes, maintaining focus and flexibility in challenging situations.
- Proven ability to support in managing costs and FTE, developing reporting, and delivering budget and forecast processes.
- Relevant experience within HR, Group Finance, and/or Business Management.
- Strong ability to present and explain complex subject matter to a diverse range of stakeholders.
