BCG is hiring candidates for the post of Trainee.
Job Responsibilities:
Help in creating and updating knowledge on the legacy platform
Understand and evaluate the feasibility of the features demanded for knowledge products.
Support the end users /consumers with their issues and queries
Provide technical assistance in designing /structuring the knowledge products
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing/completed bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement
Preferred skill:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines
Strong work ethic, service mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset
Effective written & verbal communication.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
