Jobs and Responsibilities:
•CSE will be mindful to screen the Cloud Infrastructure and answer any issues.
•Expected to acquire DevOps Skills on work
•Mindful to give ideal and compelling goals to the client tickets.
•Capable to Interact with Dev Team to organize the client tickets.
•Capable to refresh the Open tickets on regular schedule.
•Measures up to assumptions viewing efficiency as characterized by the cycle or supervisor
•Enter bugs to Engineering on any foundation issues.
•Keep status and change logs for any work.
•Working days: 5 days every week – Weekly time off 2 days (Rotational) and not really (Saturday/Sunday)
