
Job Responsibilities:
- Packaging density optimization: Analyzing and optimizing the density of packaging to maximize space utilization and minimize transportation costs.
- Container/Truck utilization: Ensuring efficient utilization of containers and trucks for shipping and transportation purposes.
- Design and development of packaging for the automotive industry: Creating packaging designs that meet the specific requirements of automotive products, considering factors such as product protection and handling.
- Designing packaging materials: Utilizing software tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ArtiosCAD to design packaging materials for both one-way and returnable packaging solutions.
- KLD and artwork development: Creating Key Line Drawings (KLD) and artwork for new packaging designs.
- Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) workshops: Participating in workshops to analyze and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value improvement in packaging design and processes.
- Vendor development and management: Collaborating with vendors for the sourcing and development of packaging materials and managing vendor relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate/postgraduate from any stream is eligible to apply for the position.

- Advantage: Experience in automotive and warehousing packaging, knowledge of packaging documentation, packaging cost calculation, and familiarity with basics of logistics processes.
