Required Skills:

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service throughout interactions with prospects and customers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical phrases into language understandable to customers.
• Report feature requests and product issues according to established procedures, templates, and data needs.
• Take full responsibility for your cases and collaborate on colleagues’ cases in their absence.
• Identify opportunities and flag hazards during customer encounters, then communicate that knowledge to the relevant internal stakeholders.

Job Profile & Responsibilities of Customer Support Advisor:

• Respond to consumer questions through supported modes of communication.
• Identify, duplicate, and notify the R&D team of any verified product issues.
• Determine and document demands for features.
• Follow up with clients when problems are resolved or R&D feedback is received.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being accessible and adding value to phone, email, and chat conversations.
• Assume ownership of support tickets and ensure they are handled through each step of the procedure until resolution is obtained.
• Keep track of all instances sent to R&D and report any violations of internal SLAs
