Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of excellence in customer service through tactical delivery of issue resolution while assisting in enhancing the organization’s customer-facing engineering capabilities.
• Conduct continuous assessments across a specified area of the organization’s field engineering capabilities, identifying critical gaps, and designing future required engineering states.
• Support the deployment of tools to enable engineering teams to continue building and innovating.
• Participate in the timely resolution of critical customer escalations to maintain high standards of customer delivery.
• Implement efficiency savings and achieve targets for performance in output and quality to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Design and plan tactical project plans across product/service groupings to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Follow roadmaps for engineering capability, maturity, health, and status updates to ensure alignment with group strategy.
• Execute and deliver within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and the vision of engineering enablement.
