Capgemini Recruitment is hiring candidates for the post of Management Consultant.
Capgemini Recruitment Job Responsibilities:
Provide S/4HANA solutions by understanding client´s requirements and pain points
Prepare and conduct workshops with business and IT
Bring in solutions from other clients
Motivated to support asset creation, re-useable solutions, preparation of Demo-Systems also from an E2E-perspective
Support in the whole project life cycle
Support in sales activities like proposals.
Capgemini Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from any stream
Strong understanding of database concepts and principles, Data Structure & Algorithm (e.g. Sorting/Searching using trees and hash tables)
Capgemini Recruitment Preferred skill:
S/4HANA Finance Core
Requirement Analysis, Process Design, Guide/Governance for Business, E2E process view
Best Practices adaption
Workshop prep / execution, strong presentation and communication skills
