Caterpillar Job Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment support activities such as advertising placements, participation in job fairs, and related tasks to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening, ensuring a positive candidate experience, offering well-informed recommendations, and extending job offers when applicable.
- Source candidates and evaluate resumes using various internal and external resources, including social media, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Deliver the highest quality candidates, establish robust candidate pipelines, and oversee and manage reporting to gauge efficiency and effectiveness.
Caterpillar Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of customer service principles and techniques, with the ability to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service directly or indirectly.
- Proficiency in relationship management techniques, including the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of candidate screening methods and processes, with the ability to preselect suitable candidates for initial and subsequent interviews within the organization.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques, methods, and channels, enabling the attraction and qualification of candidates for immediate job openings or long-term prospects.
- Understanding of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends, with the capacity to analyze workforce data and apply insights to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruiting standards, processes, techniques, and methods, including the identification, selection, retention, and relocation of qualified personnel for a wide range of positions, both internally and externally.
