Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and present ideas using PowerPoint presentations.
- Take ownership across the engineering life-cycle, including features, design, development, architecture, quality, and performance of the product.
- Demonstrate excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate as a team player to drive positive change, foster innovation, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent to drive innovation, quality, time-to-market, user experience (UX), and product thinking.

- Define implementation paths and evaluate the best way forward.
- Maintain a passion for learning and stay updated on the latest trends in mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies.

- Be customer-centric and data-driven, making decisions based on customer insights and a data-driven approach.
- Understand business requirements, create business cases, generate proposals, execute workshops, and implement roadmaps.
Qualifications required:
- Qualification: Computer Science (BE/BTech/MTech) graduate from IIT/BITS/NIT.
- Should be interested in working with any of the specified technology stacks.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Willingness to work in various roles, including maintenance, support, development, and testing.
- Flexibility in terms of location.
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
