Cisco Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in tasks such as Incentive loading, Product and Customer Research, and Certificate processing, all while utilizing proficiency in Simplified Chinese for speaking, writing, and reading.
- Engage in transactional and analytics activities, including daily, weekly, month-end, and quarter-end tasks, reporting, system updates, and data loaders received from third-party vendors.
- Support Licensing Analysts by offering translations (read, write, speak), summarizing reports, and managing downloads/uploads and consolidation.
- Understand and categorize certificates, determining their mapping with contracts, quarters, and timelines.
- Ensure precise and timely completion of activities, demonstrating ownership and accountability. Store certificates in company tools and systems.
- Collaborate with Compliance to address certificate-related inquiries and manage “bounced” certificate emails.
- Monitor and track received and missing certificates, follow up with missing data licensees, and manage related reports for management review.
- Perform Incentive Loading tasks with proficiency in Simplified Chinese for speaking, writing, and reading.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and global region teams, participate in reviews, drive transition calls, and contribute to process documentation.
- Be prepared to participate in evening calls for reviews and transitions of activities.
- Undertake additional ad hoc business operations tasks as required.
Cisco Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Data Science & analytics; 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, particularly skilled in business analytics.
- Previous exposure to services will be advantageous, with familiarity in operational and financial data.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate analyses and presentations.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in operational and financial data analysis.
- Experience using statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) for data manipulation and insights extraction from large datasets.
- Knowledge of various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their practical implications.
- Understanding of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distributions, statistical tests, etc.) with practical application experience.
- Extract insights from company databases to optimize and enhance product development, marketing strategies, and business approaches.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering methods.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms for data analysis.
- Capable of managing multiple parallel assignments, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Ability to extract meaningful insights from data and present them to the business stakeholders.
