What You’ll Do
- Undertake intricate Test Engineering tasks leveraging specialized domain knowledge and extensive business experience.
- Provide support for test strategy and optimization deployments (Apollo/ADT/PATHFINDER).
- Contribute to the identification of technologies necessary for the development of new products.
- Address and resolve complex process and product issues, including the collection and analysis of data related to yield problems, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage suppliers, spearhead cost reduction programs, and contribute to the development of six sigma goals.
- Effectively communicate challenging concepts and negotiate alternative perspectives with peers.
- Offer guidance, direction, and instruction to less-experienced team members and colleagues.
- Contribute to analytics and digitization projects.
- Explore and incorporate relevant new technologies.
- Plan and implement system automation to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Manage test capacity and planning.
- Participate in budgeting for ICT and functional test requirements, collaborating closely with Prod Ops to optimize and engage early with NPI for test capacity.
