Responsibilities:

• Learn development tools, best practices, and programming concepts quickly and accurately with mentor guidance.
• Collaborate successfully with peers in all aspects of software development.
• Independently complete simple coding tasks.
• Incorporate feedback from team lead(s) positively.
• Master the team’s business domain basics within 1 month and detailed knowledge within 3.
• Engage in design discussions and provide valuable input.
• Document, implement, and test one or more high-quality features with peer and mentor assistance.
• Actively and constructively participate in code reviews and submit code for review.
