Clinisys Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to client inquiries via phone, web, chat, and email.
- Identifying, assessing the criticality, and prioritizing the resolution of new and existing issues.
- Researching, managing, and documenting issues while effectively communicating the status and collaborating with clients.
- Maintaining high levels of Client Satisfaction (Net Promoter) Scores.
- Staying updated with product and industry developments.
- Escalating complex or risky issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of Clinisys applications, environments, and systems.
- Creating and referencing knowledgebase articles.
- Following established case management best practices, Clinisys’ quality management system, and regulatory standards, including handling Protected Health Information.
- Participating in on-call/holiday rotations.
- Performing any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Clinisys Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this position, you should have:
- Completed 12th grade or possess a Diploma from any stream.
- Preferred experience or skills in one of the following areas: Healthcare technology, Healthcare, Technology, Client support, Environmental Laboratory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- The capability to comprehend and explain technical concepts and derive solutions.
- Capacity to address complex and challenging client issues.
- Demonstrated ability in resolving intricate customer problems.
This position might require you to be part of an on-call/holiday rotation.
