Job Description:
Title: Lead DevOps Engineer
Qualifications:
The desired candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent or higher degree.
Responsibilities:
Build & Release Automation:
- Implement continuous integration and deployment solutions, aligned with the target architecture or operating model, for small or medium-sized projects.
- Develop packaging and deployment documentation and scripts for the final builds to facilitate production deployments.
- Implement release automation solutions as per the defined target architecture or operating model.
- Contribute to the discovery phase of small to medium-sized projects, participating in the creation of high-level designs.
Infrastructure Automation:
- Develop playbooks/cookbooks for configuration management.
- Install tools on cloud infrastructure.
- Resolve complex hypervisor issues.
- Configure complex networking setups and address any related issues during infrastructure automation.
- Configure intricate storage systems.
Log Management Solutions:
- Configure listeners.
- Develop complex search queries.
- Install log management tools.
- Perform administrative activities on the log management tool.
- Develop custom scripts to facilitate log management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Azure Pipelines
