Job Description:
Cognizant is currently seeking candidates for the position of Junior Data Analyst. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Develop an understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies, such as standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality control checklists.
- For Pharmacovigilance (PV)/Complaints Management, perform data entry of information from source documents into the respective clinical/safety database. Accuracy and adherence to turnaround times are essential in this role.
- Handle critical and sensitive transactions, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
- Code assigned projects efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Perform migration, setup, and close-out activities, as well as study conduct activities, under the supervision and quality checks of a Team Lead.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation/Post-graduation/Doctorate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or registered nursing.

- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
