Job Description
Cognizant is hiring campaigners for the post of Manager systems.

Job liabilities
Act as the Single Point of Contact for Delivery for the design.
Responsible for End to End Service Delivery for the portfolio/ LOB being managed.
Concoct Corrective and preventative conduct for any Service position breaches, near misses and client escalations.
Integrates Service Management Office into the service delivery to effectively work their specialist capabilities( eg Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc).
Manage defined processes and pitfalls with respect to association and client.
Coordinate with onsite and coastal brigades as necessary during design delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
B Sc, M Sc BE, MCA from any sluice.

Preferred skill
insure workenvironment vacuity( structure, applicable software, access etc) to the design coffers.
Establishes the crucial timetable of events for the design/ LOB.
Initiate and drives Continual Service enhancement program.
Former experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices.
Analytical and troubleshooting chops.
Knowledge in banking operations and garçon structure
introductory knowledge of Operating Systems
Good interpersonal and communication chops, great teammate
