Job Responsibilities For Concentrix Hiring For 2023:
- Drive continuous improvement for Transaction Quality and Delivery.
- Trained and certified in Green Belt.
- Manage call quality and client-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Transaction Quality (TQ) interventions.
- Strengthen quality management processes and frameworks to enhance quality delivery.
- Accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics and customize processes to meet client expectations.
- Generate and implement innovative ideas and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure process control and compliance while managing audit requirements.
- Provide specific feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams on the quality of new hires.
- Offer quality floor support, feedback, and refresher training.
- Support quality and compliance teams in conducting audits and follow-ups.
- Conduct FMEA and compliance audits and perform health checks on the account.
Qualification required:
- Any graduate from any stream.

- Process-oriented mindset with planning, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills.
