Concentrix Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
- Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background checks, and reference checks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make candidate hire recommendations and facilitate negotiation of compensation packages.
- Use various resources like the internet, community organizations, print media, networks, colleges, and trade associations to source qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to all phases of the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with local hiring and recruiting regulations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of job specifications, including required experience, skills, and behavioral competencies.
- Represent the company’s image to candidates and external service providers, promoting the company’s values and ethical behavior.
Concentrix Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Less than two years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working under pressure in a high-velocity environment.
- Professionalism and ability to build relationships.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
