Danaher Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Leads Qualification and Management:
- Ensure that TLG (The Lead Generation) agents follow Marketing lead management standard procedures using Salesforce.
- Qualify all inbound leads from various channels (phone, email, webinars/events, digital channels, WhatsApp, and web live chat) using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) criteria.
- Assign qualified leads to the sales team or Channel Partners.
- Manage the India marketing mailbox and maintain the WhatsApp for business India account for leads qualification and communication with prospects and customers.
- Regularly follow up with the sales team on opportunities in the sales funnel and identify and address any stuck Marketing opportunities.
- Conduct Outbound Telemarketing Campaigns and Database Management:
- Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns and contribute to updating and enriching the customer database.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns and Events:
- Coordinate the logistics and execution of both virtual and physical marketing events.
- Follow up on event/webinar invitations and registrations and report post-event results and follow-up actions.
Danaher Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, inside sales, telemarketing, or a related function is preferred.
- An MBA is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects on established timelines.
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
