Danaher Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Leads Qualification and Management:
    • Ensure that TLG (The Lead Generation) agents follow Marketing lead management standard procedures using Salesforce.
    • Qualify all inbound leads from various channels (phone, email, webinars/events, digital channels, WhatsApp, and web live chat) using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) criteria.
    • Assign qualified leads to the sales team or Channel Partners.
    • Manage the India marketing mailbox and maintain the WhatsApp for business India account for leads qualification and communication with prospects and customers.
    • Regularly follow up with the sales team on opportunities in the sales funnel and identify and address any stuck Marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct Outbound Telemarketing Campaigns and Database Management:
    • Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns and contribute to updating and enriching the customer database.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns and Events:
    • Coordinate the logistics and execution of both virtual and physical marketing events.
    • Follow up on event/webinar invitations and registrations and report post-event results and follow-up actions.

Danaher Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, inside sales, telemarketing, or a related function is preferred.
  • An MBA is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects on established timelines.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
