Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in various business operations to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing compliance and business metrics.
- Assess areas of strength and opportunities for improvement within the defined scope of work.
- Review and develop strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- Conduct semantic analysis of undocumented data and extract meaningful insights.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and cognitive abilities, along with effective presentation skills.
- Independently document business flows without altering the meaning or introducing ambiguity.
- Perform ad hoc analysis of Remedy Force tickets and provide recommendations.
- Proficiently perform reporting analysis and deliver insights.
- Understand requirements, conduct data analytics, and present findings using dashboards.

Background & Skills:
- 0 to 5 years of experience with a strong educational background in analytics and statistics.
- Proficiency in the following tools is mandatory:
- MS Excel
- MS PowerBI
- Data visualization tools
- Experience in data analytics using Python frameworks.
- Knowledge of customer service and customer success principles.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment within multidisciplinary data and analytics teams, coordinating resources to achieve project and scrum outcomes.
- Deliver data and analytics expertise and solutions that bring commercial and customer value to business challenges.
