As a Quality Analyst at Deloitte, your main responsibility will be to collate and analyze performance data against defined parameters. You will play a vital role in improving the quality and streamlining working practices within the organization to meet customer requirements.

- Collate and analyze the revisions received from the publishers.
- Categorize and subcategorize the errors carried out by our artists.
- Identify the root cause of the problem.
- Participate in continuous review activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achieve targets.
- Responsible for timely completion of revision analysis and other reports.
- Devise corrective action for the identified root cause.
Deloitte Careers Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Degree from any stream.
Preferred skill:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in different shifts.
- Good analytical and reasoning skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe InDesign.
