Position Summary:
The Associate Analyst/Analyst role at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited focuses on the Relations Program. This team is responsible for managing and supporting various firm-wide events, working closely with the business to strategize, coordinate, and execute virtual and live events and campaigns. These initiatives target C-Suite executives, Chairs, and Executive Boards, including sponsorships and corporate hospitality arrangements at external venues, such as major arts and sports events. The team also plays a crucial role in creating and delivering newsletters.
Work You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the business by coordinating activities across multiple teams to execute events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines, geographies, and industry groups in Australia.
- Collaborating with MCBD/Personal Assistants (PAs)/Partners/Sponsors and other stakeholders as needed.
- Updating event lists, managing mailing lists, and performing administrative tasks using Salesforce/Eloqua.
- Creating digital event invitations and collaborating with MCBD/PA/Partner/Sponsors to ensure timely and high-quality production of marketing materials.
- Providing regular progress updates to Project Sponsors, Partners, and other relevant internal clients.
- Executing Eloqua and Salesforce tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed-upon requirements.
- Offering valuable suggestions and advice to stakeholders to enhance the success of campaigns.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM to 03:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Either a recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in Campaign Management, Email Marketing, and data administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred:
- Exposure to email marketing tools/platforms (such as Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce and MS-Dynamics.
- Ability to analyze information and present it in a meaningful and concise manner.
- Understanding of Marketing automation processes.
- Strong relationship-building and management skills, along with the ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders in a virtual environment.
