Job Description
Position Summary:
Deloitte is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join their team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field. This opportunity is suitable for recent graduates or current students with a genuine passion for digital marketing. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating and managing social, programmatic, and search marketing campaigns.
- Regularly analyzing campaign performance and making necessary optimizations to ensure they meet their goals.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with the Team Lead to identify process and analytics improvements.
- Ensuring that work meets quality and on-time delivery standards set by management.
- Having personal transportation and the flexibility to work varying shifts, preferably in Australian time zones.
- Demonstrating a strong interest in learning digital marketing platforms, preferably with completed digital marketing coursework.
- Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Scoring above 80% in your undergraduate degree is a significant advantage.
- Being open to working either in a hybrid or full-time in-office capacity.
Experience Required: 0-1 year
Shifts: 3 AM – 12 PM, 4 AM – 1 PM, 5 AM – 2 PM
